Ken Wilkes
Managing Director/CEO
Ken is a qualified Industrial Chemist and has been involved in the Drilling and Mining Industry for some 50 years of which 40 years has been invested specifically in the Drilling Industry and based in the Philippines.
He started DrillCorp Ltd in Australia in 1979 and was Managing Director until he resigned in May 1996 to further his interests in overseas drilling operations. During his time in Australia, he was the Western Australian President of the Australian Drilling Industry Association, sat on the national board and was instrumental in launching many initiatives, particularly in safety, training and licensing.
Sweebin Ip

Executive Director
Swee received her Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland. Presently, she is in her final stage of completing the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) professional course. She hass been an Executive Director since 2000 and CEO of Malaysia since 2021.
Balraaj Singh Gill
Group Health Safety and Environment and Human Resources Manager
Balraaj has diverse and comprehensive knowledge in occupational safety and health, with over 25 years experience in these fields and based in Malaysia.
He has also coordinated and performed numerous materials management tasks in the manufacturing field. His expertise in the occupational health and safety field lies in the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE frameworks to suit a company’s operations and to cater for the risk of exposure of the individual employees, in compliance with all relevant regulations, in particular with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967.
Parina Yodpradit
General Manager
(Thailand)
Parina joined the DrillCorp last September 2020 as an Office Manager at Thailand office.
Previously, she worked as an Assistant Operations Manager in travel agency companies for the last 10 years.
Connie Mangay-at
General Manager (Philippines)
Connie joined DrillCorp as the CFO/Accountant in May 2018 and was promoted to General Manager in May 2025. She graduated at University of Baguio with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Albert Maiyao, Jr.
Operations Manager (Philippines)
Al is a registered Geologist with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the Adamson University in Manila. After working with Oceana Gold (Phils.), Inc. and Aragorn Power and Energy Corporation (APEC), he started operating his own drilling company called ADMJR Drilling Services in 2021. He then joined DrillCorp in January 2026 as Operations Manager.
Tuah Anak Malim
Operations Manager (Malaysia)
Tuah started with DrillCorp in 1993 as a Multipurpose Driller on the first RC rig brought into Malaysia.
Since then he has been promoted several times to now be Operations Manager in our Malaysia entity. He is a senior tribal member of the Bidayuh Clan in Bau, Sarawak, and has been highly influential in the training and support of many young Bidayuh men in becoming highly trained DrillCorp personnel.
