Balraaj has diverse and comprehensive knowledge in occupational safety and health, with over 16 years experience in these fields.

He has also coordinated and pe rformed numerous materials management tasks in the manufacturing field. His expertise in the occupational health and safety field lies in the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE frameworks to suit a company’s operations and to cater for the risk of exposure of the individual employees, in compliance with all relevant regulations, in particular with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967.

Reynaldo Estacio

Rey brings with him more than 30 years of comprehensive involvement in gold and copper exploration as well as underground and surface engineering.

He is knowledgeable on business development working with high level management and technical staffs specifically on diamond core, reverse and air core drilling explorations. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Geology at Adamson University and he is a licensed Geologist.

Thailand Office Manager

Ms. Parina joined the DrillCorp Asia last September 2020 as an Office Manager at Thailand office.

Previously, she was working as an Assistant Operations Manager in travel agency companies for the last 7 years.

Heidi Mangaoang

Philippine Operations Manager

Heidi brings over 25 years experience in the drilling industry particularly in diamond and reverse circulation drilling. He joined DrillCorp Philippines, Inc. in April 2007 as Drilling Supervisor until his promotion to Drilling Manager in December 2018.

He was exposed to drilling when he was employed with Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines in 1992. He also worked as Driller for Saudi Canadian Mining Services and Canadian Industrial Trading. He graduated from the University of the Cordilleras (formerly Baguio Colleges Foundation) with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting.

Connelyn Mangay-at

Philippine Accounting Manager

Connie joined DrillCorp Philippines, Inc. as the CFO/Accountant in May 2018. She graduated at University of Baguio with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Prior to joining DrillCorp Philippines Inc., she was the Accounting Supervisor of Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines and Senior Internal Auditor of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company.
